Lead Generation*: We design lead generation integration on your website. We can integrate with most popular email list companies like Mailchimp, Convertkit etc. We also design custom lead generation tools to help you capture leads, and grow a massive audience.

Dynamic website elements: We have noticed that having different navigation, footer, and such designs can really maximize the website's impact, while also helping you serve up dynamic content to your user.

SEO*: We offer basic SEO implementation. One keyword per page, custom meta description, and we optimize images to help you rank higher. We do offer more robust SEO for an additional, additional fee.

Website speed + security*: We do offer the setup and integration of a website speed service called Cloudflare, and will set up your site to correctly be integrated with that service. Cloudflare also offers SSL which we can set up. SSL will also help you get a boost in search results as Google loves when you have SSL.

E-Commerce*: We are familiar and comfortable with Woo-commerce. We are able to set up the free services they offer, and design the e-commerce part of your website. If you want to go outside of Woo-commerce and require us to learn a new system, we charge and hourly rate for this. Website Maintenance*: We offer a maintenance program where we back up your website, maintain security, update your website plugins and framework(Big Deal!), monitor our uptime, and provide monthly reports of what has been done on your website. This is huge in making sure your site stays up to date and does not get hacked.

* These are usually add ons, and require extra thinking, money, and time. But the good stuff in life usually does 🙂

What is the process from start to finish?

We try to make the process of working together simple for you, and you know what milestones to expect. One thing to note, is usually we do not start the design process until you have content ready for that particular page or section.

  • Step 1: You contact us via our form. We like to have a quick phone conversation to get to know you and ask any follow up questions.
  • Step 2: We will send you a web design questionnaire. This will help you and us understand your goals, vision, and any brand ideas you may have. If we have any follow up questions, we let you know.
  • Step 3: We then send you a quote and agreement. Once that is all taken care of, it is time for us to get to work!

We are usually able to get a design we think is right for you here, and we like to review in person if possible. If not, we can do a Skype meeting, which can be fun! We usually will tackle Homepage, Navigation, and Footer in this round first. We do this all in browser, live!
  • Step 5: We meet, get your feedback and refine down a direction, get the final approval from you.
  • Step 6: We then start the roll out process. That means we will take our design system we have established, and start rolling out the other pages once you have content created.
  • Step 7: We will be using Asana as our content management and will start opening tickets for any QA. So, we will find any bugs, open tickets, and get to work on squashing them. You will see the progress the whole time, and can see the website progress!
  • Step 8: We tighten things up on desktop through mobile, and kill any outstanding bugs. You give the final approval. You then will pay the final amount due, and we push the website from our development server to yours, and the site is live. Glorious!
Do you do project management?

Yes, we use Asana to manage QA tickets, content, and each page of the site. That way you will see the progress of the website, and are able to easily understand your tasks.

How long does a website take?

The fastest website we have done was 1 month. It was a smaller site, and the client was super attentive to tickets.

We notice usually websites take between 2 - 3 months to complete. This is a super realistic estimation from over 5 years of experience. If you want to have a fast track website, it takes a lot of commitment on your end, as well as ours. We would love to chat about how we can make it faster for you.

What are the final deliverables?
